Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Orders
If you would like to make a custom order, please contact us through the contact section or email wyldhoneyco@gmail.com. We reserve the right to deny any custom request, specifically those that copy another artist's work or copyrighted designs. Pricing will be agreed upon at the time of ordering and the full payment amount must be paid prior to the order being fulfilled. If requested, you are entitled to progress updates, pictures, etc. Only two major changes may be made after the order has been placed.
